About Us
The foundation of Tai Shing Hong can be traced back to Shang Chee Hong in Guangzhou in 1910. The company later relocated to Hong Kong and became an expert in dealing food grade flavoring and coloring products.
In 2022, Tai Shing Corporation Limited is formed in succession of the old Tai Shing Hong, with renewed focus on integrating latest scientific methods and expanding our product lines to meet the ever-changing market of food flavoring and coloring.
Brief History
The foundation of Tai Shing Hong can be traced to Shang Chee Hong in Guangzhou in 1910. At that time, Shang Chee Hong focused in providing wholesale chemical ingredients. As the political and economic environment shifted around the 1950s, Shang Chee Hong was relocated to Hong Kong and renamed Tai Shing Hong.
After relocating to Hong Kong, as the demand for food grade flavoring and coloring products increase in 1970s and 1980s, Tai Shing Hong decided to focus in providing safe and high quality food flavoring and coloring products and became the pioneer and leader of the newly developed industry.
In 2022, when the founder and partner of Tai Shing Hong, Mr. Au Kin Yip passed, his grandson Michael formed Tai Shing Hong Corporation Limited in succession of the previous partnership. Michael now aims to bring in latest scientific methods to further improve product quality, safety, and expand product selection.
